Cold Water Toddy Coffee Maker

If you love coffee but its acid does a number on your stomach, I have the answer for you! The Cold Water Toddy Coffee Maker removes about 70% of the acid in coffee and it's also great for making iced coffee.

Brewing with the Toddy is a timely process (It takes between 10 and 14 hours to brew), but will produce a coffee concentrate that you can store in your refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.

You can enjoy cold water brewing several different ways. Using the concentrate you can make iced coffee by simply adding cold water. It may also be used to make one cup at a time of hot coffee by mixing with water and heating. The concentrate works well for baking and flavoring desserts.
